Praised the miso broth's strong punch, the option to choose oiliness level, the chewy texture of the thick, wavy noodles, and the perfectly cooked egg — ranked number one in the whole video.
Heads up: The chashu is on the thin side, and at €17–18 a bowl it's not cheap. There's usually a line, though the wait was only about 2 minutes that day.

The broth is rich and the noodles have a nice, slightly firm bite, with thinly sliced chashu praised as being as tender and flavorful as what you'd find in Japan. Ranked second best of the three spots visited.
Heads up: You can choose the broth's richness (light/medium/rich), but even 'medium' is quite oily, and by the time the meal was over, a line of more than 20 people had formed — go early.
