Raved about the room's decor — antique clocks, gold trim, and a swan-shaped faucet — along with the Ritz branding, and praised the empty Ritz Club pool and spa in the early morning.
Heads up: The room had a musty smell and lacked a kettle, full-length mirror, and vanity (a kettle was brought upon request); the free coffee station next to reception wasn't pointed out by anyone and was found by chance. Even hotel guests need a reservation to have a drink at the bar.
